Raymond West is looking for a detailed Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team! The Employee Experience Coordinator provides administrative systems, and program support to ensure the effective execution of employee engagement, travel, recognition, and onboarding initiatives. This role coordinates day-to-day program activities, maintains accurate systems and data, and supports communications and reporting to deliver consistent and positive employee experience across the organization. Working closely with the Employee Engagement Supervisor, the Employee Experience Coordinator supports the implementation and ongoing administration of engagement and travel programs, ensuring processes are followed, timelines are met, and employee needs are addressed. This position has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or relevant work experience and operates within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. The role primarily handles routine and structured assignments, identifies issues in straightforward situations, and applies standard processes to determine appropriate solutions and actions.
