Join our Community Investment team as an Employee Engagement Co-op, where you'll play a key role in supporting our efforts to foster a positive workplace culture and drive impactful initiatives. As a member of the team, you'll leverage your strong analytical and technical skills to manage reporting processes, assist with communications, and help create engaging slide decks. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Benevity platform, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee engagement activities. Your contributions will help us measure the success of our programs and communicate results to stakeholders, all while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
