About The Position

This role focuses on employee development and organizational training. The specialist will be responsible for delivering training, facilitating group sessions, coaching employees, and educating adult learners. The position requires strong computer literacy, exceptional customer service, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be independent, creative, organized, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. A valid NYS driver's license is required for travel, which may include nights and weekends.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Human Resources, training and development, organizational development and/or related field
Experience delivering training
Experience facilitating groups
Experience coaching employees
Experience educating adult learners
Demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Windows, MS Office Excel and other computer-based software
Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers
Ability to demonstrate acceptance of disabled persons
Must demonstrate ability to work independently
Must demonstrate creativity
Must demonstrate initiative
Must demonstrate flexibility
Must be highly organized
Must possess troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid and acceptable NYS driver's license per organization policies, practices, procedures
