About The Position

The Employee Development Specialist - Organization Trainer is responsible for delivering training, facilitating groups, coaching employees, and educating adult learners. This role requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, creativity, initiative, flexibility, strong organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills. A valid NYS driver's license and willingness to travel, including occasional nights and weekends, are also required.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Human Resources, training and development, organizational development and/or related field
Experience delivering training
Experience facilitating groups
Experience coaching employees
Experience educating adult learners
Demonstrated computer literacy with database systems
Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office Windows
Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office Excel
Demonstrated computer literacy with other computer-based software
Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service
Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers
Ability to demonstrate acceptance of disabled persons
Must demonstrate ability to work independently
Must demonstrate creativity
Must demonstrate initiative
Must demonstrate flexibility
Must demonstrate being highly organized
