GREF programs, products, and services include day-to-day facilities management, on-site food and beverage offerings, commute programs, environmental health & safety, sustainability, launching new corporate offices, and moving employees. As an Employee Communications Specialist, you'll support the planning, production, and delivery of internal communications that keep GREF's global employee population informed, connected, and engaged. You'll play a key role in executing high-quality org-wide communications across multiple channels — including email newsletters, Slack, internal wiki and news sites, and live events — ensuring GREF employees understand our business priorities and goals and that they have timely access to the information and resources they need to do their jobs effectively. This role is ideal for employee communications professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and energized by fast-paced environments. You'll work closely with the Senior GREF Communications Manager to execute against an established employee and executive communications strategy, managing day-to-day content production, channel maintenance, and event logistics. This position demands strong writing and editing skills, comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and a collaborative mindset.
