About The Position
We help employers take control of one of their largest and most frustrating expenses: employee benefits. Instead of the recycled, spreadsheet-and-renewal approach most brokers run, we bring a consulting mindset — data, strategy, and creative funding solutions that actually bend the cost curve for our clients. Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to delivering measurable value for every client. We're hiring an Employee Benefits Producer to build and own a book of business. You'll prospect, run the full sales cycle, and become a trusted advisor to HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners. This is a true producer seat with real support behind you — not a lead-gen grind.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in employee benefits, insurance, or B2B sales (benefits experience a plus, not a dealbreaker)
- A hunter's mentality with the consultative skill to earn trust with senior buyers
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by uncapped upside
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new employer relationships across your market
- Run discovery, build tailored benefits strategies, and present proposals to decision-makers
- Multi-thread across HR, finance, and ownership to win and keep accounts
- Partner with our account and analytics teams to deliver on what you sell
- Own renewals and retention on the business you bring in
