About The Position

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. This role leverages expertise in insurance solutions to establish and grow new client relationships, ensuring companies have access to tailored benefits programs that suit their unique needs. Acting as a consultative partner, this position involves collaborating with businesses to design, implement, and optimize benefit programs that align with their organizational objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, Sales Executive, or in a similar client-facing sales role.
Active insurance license(s) in relevant lines of authority (Life, Accident, Health, etc.) or the ability and willingness to obtain necessary licensing.
Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits concepts, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to establish trust and cultivate enduring client relationships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools and technology to manage client relationships and sales tasks.
Dedication to representing the organization with integrity and a client-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience managing a diverse portfolio of industries and clients of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business goals and employee benefit needs.
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Develop and present customized employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits.
Stay informed about industry trends, legislative updates, and emerging products to serve as a trusted advisor for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of client accounts.
Negotiate terms, coverage, and rates with carriers to deliver optimal solutions.
Provide exceptional client service by proactively consulting and addressing client inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, goals, and client interactions using CRM systems.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry knowledge.
