Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
  • Familiarity with EPIC software preferred.
  • Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and secure new business opportunities in the employee benefits sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage accounts ranging from 22 to 200 lives, with varying account sizes and policies.
  • Collaborate with branch managers and other team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Travel to meet with clients as needed to provide personalized service and support.
  • Participate in a structured onboarding and training program to ensure success in the role.
