Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience servicing midsize groups
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active California Life and Health License
  • Proficiency in EPIC and COBRA Administration
  • MS Office
  • Occasional travel to visit clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer support to all clients
  • Communicate with marketing representatives to market and service clients
  • Request policy changes to the insurance company
  • Create and market Request for Proposals
  • Coordinate and present open enrollments ensuring all necessary materials are in hand
  • Prepare insurance plan summaries for clients and prospects
