About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Benefits Account Manager to join the team in a hybrid capacity (3 days in-office) in the Torrance area. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is eager to grow within a company that invests in its employees' success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of Account Management experience servicing small groups.
  • Active Life and Health License
  • Strong understanding of various employee benefits policies
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Occasional travel may be required

  • Experience with large groups is a plus!!

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing representatives to effectively market and service client accounts
  • Process policy changes and communicate with insurance carriers
  • Develop and market Request for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business
  • Coordinate and attend open enrollment meetings
  • Prepare detailed insurance plan summaries for clients and prospects
  • Support clients with inquiries regarding claims
