About The Position
Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employee Benefits attorney. The position is primarily for the firm’s Albany office, but remote arrangements will be considered.
Requirements
- Four to ten years of experience with Employee Benefits law
- Experience with all areas of employee benefits, including but not limited to, ERISA, the design, establishment, maintenance and operations of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
- Knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong academic background
- Enthusiasm for client service and initiative
