The Employee Benefit Analyst’s primary responsibility is to analyze information to create financial deliverables for current and prospective Brown & Brown clients, particularly for large group fully-insured clients as well as those with self-funded benefit programs. The role involves analyzing financial data for clients over 100 lives and those with self-funded programs, preparing analyses according to client service calendars, and acting as a resource for Benefit Producers and Account Executives. The position also requires collaboration with the service team, occasional client meetings, and developing carrier relationships.
