About The Position

Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. (BCH) is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Advisor to partner with mid-size to large organizations and deliver strategic, consultative benefits solutions. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on advising business leaders, generating new business, and building long-term client partnerships. The role offers the opportunity to build and grow a book of business by winning new clients while managing, retaining, and expanding existing relationships, with the support, resources, collaboration, and reputation of BCH.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Employee Benefits experience
  • Mid-to-large employee benefits sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in all funding mechanisms; i.e. fully insured, level-funded and self-funded
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits products, insurance policies, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and manage complex insurance placements with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • General Lines – Life, Accident & Health & HMO license required or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify, pursue, and win new Employee Benefits business aligned with BCH’s ideal client profile.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and turn prospects into long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and service an existing book of business while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Meet with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and evaluate their benefits programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, explaining coverage options and recommending customized Employee Benefits solutions.
  • Develop and present benefits strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional solutions and coverage.
  • Ensure smooth and timely renewals while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carrier partners to deliver effective solutions for clients.
