About The Position
A thriving insurance brokerage with over thirty years of industry expertise is looking to add a growth-motivated Employee Benefits Account Manager to the team. This is a fully remote position.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Employee Benefits Account Management experience
- Experience managing small and mid-size accounts
- Active Life & Health license
- Microsoft Office
- Medical and ancillary insurance product knowledge
- Bilingual in Spanish is required!!
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing some self-funded accounts
Responsibilities
- Create strong relationships with clients
- Managing small to mid-size accounts and some self-funded accounts
- Provide comprehensive assistance during open enrollment periods, ensuring a smooth and clear process for all clients.
- Processing of endorsements, proposals, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage requests for information and documentation, providing support for client needs.
