About The Position

A thriving insurance brokerage with over thirty years of industry expertise is looking to add a growth-motivated Employee Benefits Account Manager to the team. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Employee Benefits Account Management experience
  • Experience managing small and mid-size accounts
  • Active Life & Health license
  • Microsoft Office
  • Medical and ancillary insurance product knowledge
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required!!

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing some self-funded accounts

Responsibilities

  • Create strong relationships with clients
  • Managing small to mid-size accounts and some self-funded accounts
  • Provide comprehensive assistance during open enrollment periods, ensuring a smooth and clear process for all clients.
  • Processing of endorsements, proposals, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage requests for information and documentation, providing support for client needs.
