Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an agency benefits account management role.
Strong knowledge of self-funded accounts and generalist experience across all lines of coverage and industries.
Licensure in Life & Health (L&H) is required.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with compliance is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ranging from 150 to 500 lives, with some smaller and larger groups.
Provide expert guidance on all lines of coverage, including self-funded accounts.
Assist clients during enrollment periods by explaining benefits and addressing inquiries.
Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Support producers in quoting new and renewal business, with a primary focus on servicing renewals.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
