Requirements

  • Life & Health (L&H) license required
  • Minimum of 2+ years in benefits administration, with solid experience in enrollment and processing
  • Proficiency in Employee Navigator and Ease software preferred
  • Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Team player with a collaborative approach

Nice To Haves

  • renewal/market experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-level benefits inquiries
  • Conduct enrollment meetings and prepare enrollment documentation
  • Interface with benefits administration systems such as Employee Navigator and Ease
  • Manage accounts ranging from 2 to 125 lives, with a focus on small groups (most under 50 lives)
  • Support the quoting of new and renewal business as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
