The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Clinician will provide extensive on-site and virtual consulting and clinical work. This includes intake assessments, crisis intervention, short-term solution-focused counseling, resource referrals, and case management for individuals, couples, and minors. The role also involves providing management and organizational consultations, responding to workplace trauma, crisis, and loss using Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) interventions, and developing/presenting professional development courses and training. After-hours coverage is required on an as-needed basis to support clinical emergencies and organizational emergency response.
