About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; a degree in human resources management or a related field is preferred.
Three to five years of experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or Generalist, emphasizing employee and labor relations; healthcare or hospital experience is preferred.
Experience in counseling, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
Knowledge of FLSA, ADA, FMLA/CFRA, COBRA, OSHA, CAL/OSHA, and other HR-related regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Complete training on Violence in the Workplace prevention within 90 days of the date of hire.

Nice To Haves
