About The Position

As the Employee Activations Fall Co-Op Student, you support the design and execution of employee experience, including activations, events and other programming. This role is based out of ARC’One, our manufacturing and distribution centre located in New Westminster, BC. Opportunities for creativity, administrative growth, and key communications planning are endless as we continue to transform the experience of Arc’teryx employees. You collaborate with teams across the business to curate programming and activations that engage, energize, and inspire our employees, elevating our culture, community, and connection to the brand. This role is based out of our ARC’One office in New Westminster and is expected to be primarily on location. In this role, you will become familiar with Monday.com, Microsoft Suite (specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft PowerPoint), Eventbrite and Canva.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of post-secondary education with an interest in the world of events, experiential marketing, hospitality, or project management
  • Experience and practical knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Experience or interest in learning about task management software (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, Office Space, etc.)
  • Exceptionally organized with a relentless attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Supporting employee activations and events at ARC’One, ensuring high-quality planning, execution and experience through effective coordination, communication, and operational support
  • Enhancing the employee experience by maintaining organizational excellence and refining key moments
  • Providing critical support during peak periods, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of activations and events including, but not limited to, Truth and Reconciliation Cultural Moment, Product Development Sale, Factory Offsite, Holiday programming, and Cyber 5 programming
