Join our Saint Luke’s team as an EMG Technician! This full-time position, Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, will be located at the Plaza with travel to our South location. This role involves preparing patients for and performing nerve conduction studies (NCS) and preparing patients for needle electromyography (EMG) to be performed by a supervising physician. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work courteously and professionally with patients, staff, and medical providers. Knowledge of basic medical terminology, basic anatomy and neurophysiology of the neuromuscular system, and HIPPA ASHA standards is required. A general understanding of NCS/EMG equipment is desirable. Candidates without NCS/EMG training may be considered for in-house training.
