Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn enterprise AI platforms and governance practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (especially Teams and SharePoint).
  • Comfortable learning by doing: testing, troubleshooting basic issues, and iterating based on feedback.
  • Clear written communication skills, especially for documenting how something works and how to use it.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to follow standards, handle sensitive information appropriately, and work across business and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) and/or Copilot Studio is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and iteration of AI-powered agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate tasks and improve employee workflows.
  • Translate approved ideas and business use cases into functional agent experiences, including prompts, conversation flows, and user guidance.
  • Connect agents to approved enterprise data sources and automations using supported connectors and Power Automate flows.
  • Assist with deployment activities (versioning, validation, and basic troubleshooting) and confirm expected behaviors before pilot and broader release.
  • Document agent functionality, limitations, and usage instructions to support adoption and long-term maintainability.
  • Collect feedback from pilot users and iterate on agent logic based on real-world usage, performance, and governance standards.
  • Ability to deliver at least two working agent pilots by the end of the internship, with clear documentation and a demo of the business value.
