The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters in the venture capital industry.

Requirements

At least two years of ECVC experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
Stellar academic credentials and references
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quantitative and Excel skills
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
