As an Associate in our Emerging Companies and Venture Capital group, you will work on high-impact deals while using AI agents to streamline the drafting, diligence, and execution process. You’ll collaborate closely with partners, clients, and technology teams to deliver efficient, precise, and data-driven legal services. Our practice embraces the use of AI to reduce administrative burden and increase your ability to focus on strategic legal judgment and client engagement.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of experience in Emerging Companies/Venture Capital transactions.
• Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
• No prior AI or technical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.
• Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials.
• Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties.
• Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
• Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the deal process even more efficient using AI.
