Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a junior associate to join its expanding ECVC group in the Los Angeles, San Francisco or Palo Alto offices. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
- Stellar academic credentials and references
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
