Coral Springs Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced ER/ICU Veterinary Technician to join our team and help us elevate the standard of care for our beloved animal patients. We are looking to add an experienced ER/ICU technician to play a vital role in delivering life-saving care. Our ideal candidate thrives in the dynamic environment of the ER while collaborating with ER doctors, specialists, and support staff. Our ideal candidate is skilled in emergency triage, intensive patient monitoring, anesthesia for critical patients, advanced line placement (central venous & arterial lines), In addition to technical patient care skills, empathetic communication with clients during high stress times is a must. As an ER/ICU Veterinary Technician, you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care by administering medications, treatments, and ensuring patient comfort. You’ll be on the front lines of veterinary medicine, supporting complex and urgent cases. You’ll help stabilize critical patients, perform advanced monitoring, support intensive care treatment plans, and ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • 5+ years emergency experience, in a specialty setting preferred
  • Licensed Veterinary Technicians preferred
  • availability for swing shifts, weekends and some holidays
