Emergency Veterinary Assistant - Day Shift

Emergency Veterinary Care CenterSaginaw, MI
Onsite

About The Position

At Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC), we show up for pets and the people who love them on some of their hardest days. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and want to make a meaningful impact every shift — this could be your place. Emergency medicine is intense. It’s emotional. It’s unpredictable. But it’s also deeply meaningful. You won’t be “just an assistant” here. Your assessment skills, instincts, and voice matter. Our doctors value collaboration. Our leadership team listens. Growth is encouraged, not gatekept. As a Veterinary Assistant at our Mishawaka location, you’ll be a crucial part of our emergency team. You’ll support veterinary technicians and veterinarians by assisting with patient care, maintaining hospital cleanliness, and ensuring the hospital is stocked and ready for every emergency. This role would primarily focus on our out-patients. You’ll interact with pets and clients directly, creating positive experiences even during stressful situations, and help ensure every shift runs smoothly.
