About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Monroeville, PA is seeking Emergency Veterinarians to join their team. This role involves delivering expert care to critically ill or injured pets in a dynamic environment. The veterinarian will utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools and perform life-saving procedures as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of specialists. The position also requires compassionate engagement with pet owners, providing clear communication on medical conditions and treatment plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an AVMA accredited school, or an ECFV certification is required.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
