Requirements

  • DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Active veterinary license in LA.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in emergency or critical care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional emergency veterinary care to a diverse range of cases.
  • Perform thorough examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop treatment plans.

  • Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognoses.
  • Participate in hospital meetings and contribute to the development of protocols and best practices.
  • Always uphold the hospital’s standards of care and client satisfaction.
