About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian for its facility in Fresno, CA. The hospital is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality emergency veterinary care. The facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical tools, supported by a skilled team. The Medical Director has extensive experience in emergency medicine. The hospital also serves as the official veterinarian for Fresno State's mascot.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
- Holding a valid state veterinary license.
- Unwavering commitment to emergency care.
- Self-directed and committed ongoing learner.
- Driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments.
- Dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality.
- Top-notch decision-making skills.
- Outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Google Apps for Work.
- Experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding veterinary care with a compassionate heart.
- Handle emergency cases with promptness and skill.
- Practice high-quality medicine and surgery for small animals.
- Utilize the full in-house diagnostic laboratory, digital radiology, and ultrasound.
- Perform procedures in a well-equipped surgical suite.
