Emergency Technician 0.7 FTE Day
About The Position
Works closely with all members of the emergency team to provide direct patient care to optimize positive patient outcomes. Assists the physician/nurse practitioner during procedures by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments, and equipment. Maintains proper sterile technique during the procedure. Requirements
- 1 year relevant experience; patient care or clinical experience preferred.
- Experience acquired during certification or licensure process, military experience as medical personnel or senior clinical nursing student is also considered.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB)
Nice To Haves
- Upon hire: Current or previous EMT, Paramedic, Completion of Medical Assistant Program or CNA certificate
