Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have completed an IV Certification course
- EMT-B/IV/AEMT - BLS, IV Certification, Colorado EMT required (National certification preferred)
- EMT – Intermediate/Paramedic – BLS, ACLS, PALS, Colorado EMT required (National Certification preferred.)
Responsibilities
- Work with with Registered Nurse to complete procedures to support therapeutic or diagnostic interventions
- Taking primary accountability in assisting the patient and family with activities of daily living
- Providing age appropriate patient care to continually support the comfort and satisfaction of patients and families
