We are looking for a high-performance sales professional to handle emergency service calls (water damage, biohazard cleanup, mitigation, restoration needs) and convert those opportunities into signed jobs. This is not a 9–5 role. This is for someone who thrives under pressure, can build trust quickly, and knows how to close when it matters. You will be part of an on-call rotation, requiring some evenings and weekends, and responding to urgent homeowner situations. Speed, professionalism, and composure are everything. If you need a predictable, clock-in/clock-out job—this is not it. If you want opportunity, income, and impact, this role is for you.

Requirements

Proven ability to close in high-emotion or time-sensitive situations
Strong communication and empathy skills
Ability to take control of a conversation quickly and professionally
High personal accountability—no excuses, no delays
Comfortable working independently and on-call
Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Clean background
Verifiable sales or customer-facing performance

Responsibilities

Respond to emergency service leads (water damage, biohazard cleanup, storm damage, etc.)
Meet homeowners on-site and assess the situation
Build immediate trust and guide them through next steps
Close mitigation and restoration jobs
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project kickoff
Follow up on open opportunities
