Make Your Mark on a Regional Healthcare Hub With over 300 ED visits per day, our adult and pediatric-certified ED serves as a Level I Trauma Center and regional referral destination, supporting over 300 patients per month transferred from across Arizona. With our Level III Perinatal Center, NICU, Children’s Hospital, 54-bed Behavioral Health Unit serving both adults and children, and 10,000+ surgeries per month, you'll impact a diverse patient population during their most critical moments. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides strategic leadership and administration in the areas of patient care, education, safety and quality in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position promotes a professional practice environment and develops and maintains collegial and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across the institution to positively impact the business of clinical operations, nursing and patient care outcomes. These partnerships include ongoing collaboration with physician, facility and organizational leaders. Responsibilities include all aspects of clinical operations, clinician and patient/family education, customer service, patient safety, financial outcomes, and quality outcome management and regulatory compliance.
