About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center, a critical access hospital in northeastern California. This role is ideal for experienced ER nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to support patients through urgent and emergent situations. Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience (required)
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and closely monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and changing priorities
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
