About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both adult and pediatric emergency care, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience required.
• Significant experience in pediatric emergency care is required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
• Ability to manage multiple patients during high-volume periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care in the Emergency Room, managing a diverse patient population.
• Perform initial assessments, triage patients, and develop care plans.
• Float as required between adult and pediatric ER departments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and mid-level providers.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology as needed.
• Conduct basic EKG interpretation and participate in critical care assessments as part of the team.
• Handle emergency situations promptly, effectively, and professionally.
