About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population. In this role, you will perform complex nursing procedures, adapt care plans for specific clinical conditions, and work independently to provide compassionate, expert support to patients of all ages and their families.

Requirements

• Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment: BLS: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
• Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment: ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Association)
• Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment: PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (American Heart Association)
• Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment: Patient Sitter Competency Training (Completed upon hire)
• Within 3 Months of Hire: Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Level 5 Training
• Within 6 Months of Hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
• Within 1 Year of Hire: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP – American Heart Association)
• Within 1 Year of Hire: Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
• Within 1 Year of Hire: Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to operate independently in high-demand environments.
• Deep knowledge of nursing standards, patient conditions, and evidence-based treatments.
• Compassionate communication with patients and family members across all age demographics.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional nursing care procedures in accordance with physician orders, established standards of care, and standardized clinical policies and procedures.
• Autonomously manage daily assignments, exercise clinical judgment, and prioritize patient safety and outcomes.
• Provide holistic clinical and emotional support to individuals across the lifespan—from pediatric to adult patients—and their families.
