About The Position

The ER Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients on an outpatient basis, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their emergency medical complaint. The physician works constructively and collaboratively with other health professionals and focuses on attaining high standards of healthcare in Emergency Medicine. Duties may include patient care, instructing, monitoring, and advising other health care professionals, as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Emergency Medicine-trained physician.
  • Medical license in the State.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), PALS, ACLS, and ATLS.
  • Must maintain a Controlled Substance license for the State of Missouri and Federal DEA.
  • Must have successfully completed an accredited residency program.
  • Must maintain active medical privileges and medical memberships.
  • Must be Board Certified within 2 years of hire date.

  • Board Certification or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
