The Emergency Response Team Manager will have primary oversight for the Emergency Response Team Officer (ERTO) program. This role is responsible for the selection and training (initial and ongoing) of ERTOs, including the development and maintenance of training and qualification standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law, as well as company policies. The manager will provide direct oversight of scheduling and daily operations, coordinating with property Security Management to ensure proper staffing levels. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.
