About The Position

Serve People When They Need It Most | High-Impact | Fast-Paced | Unlimited Growth. Are you a proactive, impatient and charismatic communicator? Do you have the ability to read people and situations effectively? Are you outgoing, empathetic and intuitive? Do you have the ability to persuade people to accept change or new ideas, as well as take hostile situations involving people and convert an unfriendly atmosphere to a more civil environment? Do you hate to be involved in transactions that are technical in nature as you can be easily distracted, and dislike being put in situations that do not involve others? Do you easily become dissatisfied with work that consists of repetitive tasks? Overall, are you optimistic and most comfortable when you have freedom and independence to pursue your goals and stay in an environment that provides a social network? As an ERC, you will be the first point of contact for property owners after traumatic events, build trust and guide customers through the initial recovery process, generate business by proactively identifying and acting on opportunities, work closely with first responders, adjusters, project managers, and community leaders, secure mitigation work to protect properties and prevent further damage, represent Paul Davis in the community through events and relationship building, and deliver confidence and clarity when people need it most.
