About The Position

BMSCAT is a national leader in disaster restoration, handling everything from initial clean-up to complete rebuilds for both commercial and residential properties. Founded in 1948, BMSCAT has a long-standing reputation in the industry. We are seeking high-energy, high-performing individuals to join our team and maintain our industry leadership. The Emergency Response Coordinator (E.R.C.) is a critical role, being the first point of contact when a fire or flood occurs. This position involves securing the property, overseeing cleaning and drying, content restoration, and managing rebuilds. The E.R.C. will connect with the responsible party (homeowner, facilities manager, or management representative) to secure business. Success in this role requires the ability to empathize with property owners during a traumatic event and guide them through the restoration process, establishing trust and partnership.

Requirements

High energy and the drive to go the extra mile.
At least one year of outside sales and cold calling experience.
Ability to counsel property owners through the trauma of a fire or flood.
Ability to close the sale right then.
Willingness to respond 24/7 to calls whenever a fire occurs.

Responsibilities
