The Emergency Response Provider is a licensed behavioral health clinician serving on the Emergency Response and Mobile Crisis teams across the organization’s North and South Regions. This position responds to behavioral health and substance use crises in community settings; conducts crisis, safety, and risk assessments; coordinates voluntary and involuntary interventions, including Colorado 27-65/M-1 holds; facilitates inpatient placement or connection to the Crisis Respite Facility when appropriate; and collaborates with law enforcement, hospitals, schools, and other community partners to promote individual and community safety. The role also completes assigned Hospital Discharge Follow-Ups to support individuals transitioning from inpatient care back to outpatient and community-based services. Crisis skills deserve a bonus!
