This role supports a high-hazard nuclear cleanup environment requiring disciplined staffing, safety, quality, security, and regulatory compliance. The EPC is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Junior Project Manager and is principally focused on ProSidian's Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Emergency Preparedness (EP) Solutions and Services. The role requires relevant Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for clients such as SRMC. This position may be a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2, with the possibility of conversion to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The Junior Project Manager role is located in Aiken, South Carolina, supporting the Liquid Waste Program under a DOE prime contract. The EPC will provide services and support aligned with the Emergency Preparedness (EP) Functional Area/Swim Lane/Category Discipline, focusing on Human Capital, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental, Compliance, Risk Management, IT Effectiveness, Business Process, and Training Knowledge Management Solutions. The role involves supporting emergency preparedness activities through planning, analysis, coordination, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder support, specifically building emergency readiness by planning, conducting, evaluating, and improving drills for high-hazard liquid-waste facilities.
