Requirements

3-7 years of proven, directly correlated experience
2-3 years of experience influencing others to action
Good and Proven Decision-Making and Analytical Skills
PC Skills (Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Share Point)
Software system administration skills
Rudimentary experience in developing workflows (such as in Power Apps)
Proven Influencer Skills
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
BS degree in business administration or equivalent with a heavy dose of information systems / technology coursework in the curriculum
Business continuity professional certification
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise Emergency Response and Business Continuity Program to ensure the organization is prepared for incidents, crises, and disasters
Strengthen business continuity plans through annual reviews, documentation, testing, and updates across business units
Guide leaders and subject matter experts in developing practical emergency plans, clear response criteria, and well-defined responder responsibilities
Improve organizational readiness by designing, scheduling, and evaluating emergency management and recovery training for staff
Drive continuous improvement by facilitating lessons-learned reviews, evaluating plan performance, and implementing recommended changes
Maintain regulatory and organizational compliance through accurate records, management reporting, annual NCUA documentation, and program oversight
Optimize program resources by evaluating cost-effectiveness and planning capital and annual budget requirements for emergency response systems, projects, and services
