About The Position
Join 6 Emergency Medicine physicians & an experienced nursing staff. Work schedule consists of 12, 12-hr shifts per month w/double coverage. Average 1000-1100 ER visits a month. Group will consider IM or EM trained physicians. Compensation includes a generous hourly salary, incentives, relocation, vacation/CME, benefits, malpractice, retirement, sign-on bonus & student loan assistance. Servicing over 30K residents, hospital offers 24-hour ER, ICU, medical/surgical rooms, OB/Gyn care, home health services & state of the art diagnostic imaging. This part of western Texas offers a variety of school options, year-round activities, shopping, dining, a vibrant downtown & easy access to the Chisos Mountains.
