About The Position
Legacy ER and Urgent Care, located in Allen, Texas, is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team. This is an independent contractor position offering a variety of shifts tailored to the physician's lifestyle. The role involves working within a hybrid healthcare model that combines 24/7 emergency room services with urgent care, utilizing hospital-level equipment and ER-trained staff. The company pioneered this combined model to reduce patient confusion and costs, leading to better patient outcomes and a more efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Board certified in Emergency Medicine with a Texas Medical License
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ample ER and UC experience
- ACLS/BLS/PALS certification
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medicine services within a hybrid ER/Urgent Care model.
- Utilize hospital-level equipment and ER-trained staff.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional healthcare.
- Take care of patients within the scope of Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ER/UC experience.
