Emergency Medicine (Part-Time) - Physician
About The Position
Carle Health is seeking additional dedicated Emergency Medicine physicians to join Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. This is a part-time position at a 200-bed Level II Trauma Center that sees over 32,000 ED visits annually. The physician will join a growing team with 14 BC Emergency Medicine physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers. The facility offers 24-hour in-house coverage provided by Anesthesia, OB/GYN, and Hospitalists. It is a modern, state-of-the-art facility and a Certified Primary Stroke Center. The system is fully integrated with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination. There is an opportunity to do ultrasound as well as teaching/research through the Carle Illinois College of Medicine. Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility.
Requirements
- BC Emergency Medicine physician
- Ability to obtain Illinois medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
