About The Position
Riverside Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at Riverside Doctor’s Hospital in Williamsburg, VA. Riverside Doctor's Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed hospital with a 12-bed emergency department serving over 25,000 patients annually. The emergency department has received the American College of Emergency Physicians Geriatric Emergency Department Accreditation and the hospital is a DNV certified Primary Stroke Center. As part of the emergency medicine service line, you will work collaboratively with an experienced group of advanced practice providers and physicians to support a high acuity and diverse patient population with strong specialty support.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABEM or ABOEM Certification) in Emergency Medicine
- License to practice medicine and surgery in the Commonwealth of Virginia or ability to obtain a Virginia License
- Current DEA or ability to obtain a DEA
