SEVA MEDICAL GROUP is seeking a full-time, on-site Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in Banning, California. The role involves providing high-quality emergency medical care, assessing and treating patients in urgent-care situations, and managing critical-care cases. The practice is based at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, a 79-bed general acute-care hospital. The emergency department has 30 hours of daily physician coverage and 40 hours of daily APP coverage, sees approximately 41,000 visits annually, and includes a newly built 23-bed ED and a five-room Rapid Care Area for less-severe emergencies. The hospital is designated a Primary Stroke Center and has backup specialties including neurology, cardiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, urology, vascular surgery, OBGYN, pulmonology, critical care, hospitalist services, pediatrics, anesthesiology, cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, a women’s center, and surgery.
