About The Position

SEVA MEDICAL GROUP is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Banning, California. The position involves providing high-quality emergency medical care, assessing and treating patients in urgent-care situations, and handling critical-care cases.

The role is based at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, a 79-bed general acute-care hospital. Its emergency department has 30 hours of daily physician coverage and 40 hours of daily APP coverage, sees 41,000 visits annually, and includes a newly built 23-bed ED and a five-room Rapid Care Area for less-severe emergencies. The hospital has Primary Stroke Center designation and access to a range of backup specialties, including neurology, cardiology, gastroenterology, general and orthopedic surgery, urology, vascular surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pulmonology, critical care, hospitalist services, pediatrics, and anesthesiology, among others.

Banning is located beside Interstate 10 between the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley. The posting notes proximity to Palm Springs, Disneyland, and Desert Hills Premium Outlets.
