Support the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Safety, Health, and Emergency Preparedness (SHEP). Our client is seeking an experienced Emergency Management Tool Support Specialist to support the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Safety, Health, and Emergency Preparedness (SHEP). This role is responsible for the administration, support, training, and operational readiness of Treasury’s emergency management technology platforms, with a primary focus on BlackBerry AtHoc and Everbridge Visual Command Center (VCC). This position serves as the technical liaison between Treasury stakeholders, Departmental Offices IT, and software vendors to ensure emergency communication systems remain secure, operational, and ready to support continuity of operations and emergency response activities.
